The John Lewis “Good Trouble Scholarship” fund benefits and supports the needs of students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) majoring in History, Political Science, or Criminal Justice.
Members and affiliates of TMBF are extremely excited to do our part to honor the legacy of our Chapter Brother, Congressman John R. Lewis who dedicated over 60 plus years of his life to social activism and legislative action on civil rights, voting rights, gun control, health-care reform, and immigration.” Prior to his passing, Brother Congressman John Lewis endorsed the creation of the Good Trouble Scholarship ” fund.
While we have made some great strides, TMBF still has a lot to accomplish. We need your support to increase our outreach and impact. Please consider contributing to the foundation to help us achieve our mission. We greatly appreciate your attention to our appeal. Your donation will be used to further enhance educational and economical opportunities for underserved and underprivileged communities of color.
